Holistic Nutrition with Trilby
How it works:
We’ll meet online for our sessions, which you can book through my schedule. Our initial intake will be 60 minutes, and follow up sessions will be 45 minutes. I will send you a short intake form to get to know you and your medical history prior to our first session, as well as a food + mood diary that you can fill out the week prior to our first session. You will receive a summary of our session after each time we meet. You have the option to book individual follow up sessions, or you can invest in 6 week package.
My goal is to make eating well and feeling good as simple, easeful and enjoyable as possible for my clients. I, along with many of my clients, have attempted to shift our behaviour around food or make lifestyle shifts with 50 page PDF downloads or visits with practitioners that, put simply, didn’t create lasting change. Often, we are fed too many tools at once and we’re left feeling overwhelmed, or what we’re offered is not sustainable for lasting results. Or, health is presented to us in very black or white terms that can really take the joy away from living. Because of this, I have opted to take a different approach, one that rejects many qualities of common diets and wellness fads.
My approach is slow, mindful, simple, and most importantly, inspiring! We’ll work together over multiple sessions to get crystal clear on your goals, the whys behind them, the barriers that are currently standing in your way, and build out a personal toolkit that works for you long term. I want you to feel empowered, excited and supported throughout your journey, and we’ll find a nice balance of effort and grace throughout the process.
I highly recommend we start meeting weekly for your first 4 sessions, and from there we can look to meeting biweekly or even monthly and then bimonthly. In my experience, this has been an essential component to achieving lasting results.
