“Mark’s detailed understanding of movement and biomechanics allows him to create a tailored treatment plan for each client. His eye for detail and ability to discern subtleties of movement have helped myself along with many of my clients become more aware of their own bodies and how to move with purpose. I have witnessed many of my clients fast track their physical recovery and prevent future injury by integrating these learned movement patterns into their daily life.”
Rebecca Lee, Physiotherapist 360 BrainBody
“Working with Mark for two years has brought about significant improvements in my balance, strength, coordination, posture, and overall mobility. After the first year, upon seeing how my body had changed, my family doctor said that she would start to do Pilates too! On any scale of excellence, Mark belongs at the top.”

“I’ve done Pilates for the last year with Mark and have found it both helpful and rewarding. Mark excels at creating a session that challenges me and addresses my personal goals. His background working alongside many different healthcare practitioners, as well as working with clients of various backgrounds provides him with a superior knowledge base. As a physio myself, I highly recommend Mark for Pilates if you want to stay active, address any movement goals, or learn something new!”

“A superb class from start to finish. I throughly enjoyed my session with Trilby. The class was extremely well put together in terms of bringing each muscle set to failure while incorporating the whole body with each set. I left the class feeling stretched and challenged. I enjoyed the incorporation of weights and bands in addition to the reformer. I appreciated the corrections to my form throughout and modifications where necessary. I will be a repeat student for sure!”
Shauna M, Client

The sessions are challenging yet meditative and leave me feeling strong, happy and inspired.””
